I actually don't have as much of a problem with that. What happens is sometimes people step out and end up falling under the train, you also get KONY situations as well. I don't even think you can walk between trains on all the lines but I'd have to defer to @radio rahiem .

I was walkin towards the front cause I always go to the last train to get a seat and this undercover dikk stopped me. I looked at that CAC like

Me and that undercover CAC was face to face like the Mayweather-Pacquiao weigh in..
They cuffed me with the tight handcuffs at my stop and gave me the ticket..
I thought I was goin to jail with how tight I was..

But walking thru the cars can cause injury-death especially if the train is on a curve or hard stops. There's stories of customers meeting their end doing that.

I was listening to WNYC back on April 1st and they were saying how they were going to enforce manspreading with police holding measuring tape to measure the appropriate amount of space. It was an April Fool's joke but seeing this being enforced now is straight

This isn't all that surprising. Walking between cars has been prohibited for, what, about 10 years now?

This is the exact reason I don't cross between cars even if there's only one other person in the car I'm in or going to. Never know who's waiting for people to slip up.
