Proscecutors and grand jurors are aware of this stuff before anyone gets indicted and its factored into decisions...sadly most don't have money and take lesser misdemeanor plea

yup... plus it's been happening forever.

just generally though, cops assaulting someone shouldn't even be accepted. once someone is restrained it's over. the rest is just extrajudicial punishment
