I was standing in line at midnight at a music store called Sounds Familiar. They started playing it on the store speakers about 15min before just building hype. I remember cats in the line like going crazy trying to hear what was being spoken at the beginning. They Pac was like "These niccaz still fukkin talkin...you niccaz still breathin" and everyone got hype as shyt. Then it dropped and they only played like 45 sec of the actual song and switched it to Mary J ft Lil KIm "I can love you better" and that got the chicks hype. Had niccaz like

as a youngin i was pretty much speechless when hearing an album like makaveli for the first time,like all eyez on me,fukk it,most pac albums.

pac on makaveli really sounds like some dude not from this planet,that whole eerie sound of hail mary too straight after. it just created that almost strange vibe for the album. no other album will ever sound like makaveli ...

Some of us went up there to the line just to clown n talk shyt

EVERYBODY was talkin about this album before n after it dropped, it was insane. Everything from he really aint dead to him recording the shyt in Africa. It was outta control.

And when fools finally heard the intro and album Just imagine EVERYBODY hearing that album for the first time.....No leaks, no snippets, crazy.
