1. How do I approve requests to by users to join a group? I checked the 'awaiting' section but nothing shows up/

2. How come every time I see tumblr/vine/twitter posts only half of the actual vid/gif shows up? It happens across multiple devices too, not just my personal computer.

If anyone could provide an actionable answer that would be simply splendid.
