alright for a movie lets try Chain Camera (2001). all the links I found are dead as dead

for a game, lets try a rare japanese title never released here called Fu-un Shinsengumi for PS2

Its not gone, but lots of shyt is on private torrent sites. A google search wont tell you what they have. You gotta seek it out.

that's on some secret society shyt

godzilla has a cult fanbase though so I know any of the films will always be on the internet somewhere..can't say the same for a lot of other rarities. what keeps things alive is people's willingness to reupload things. a lot of stuff just doesn't have the fanbase for that, so once the one link is dead, its gone
