The Jack Artist is a classic album

And act like the Bay didn't have multiple hit records during the mid 2000's breh, E-40 alone had and/or was featured on 10+ nationwide hits in the 2000s. And what does your definition of classic have to do with this thread anyway, music don't gotta chart on the Billboard top 40 to be timeless :camby:
e 40 with 10+ top 40 hits in the 2000's :laff: reciepts or this nikka charted several spanish remixes of "you and that monkey":leostare:

anyway op gave examples of songs/artist that was popping all over the nation not just dusty house parties in east oakland:comeon:

And I fukk with the jacka
bay ain't sniff a plat rap album since Moses parted the red sea:heh: op is a fool sounding like Stephen a Smith calling out lebron but never being good enough himself to make the league :sas1:

Again though what does any of that have to do with how that "platinum" 2000's NY music aged?

That's the thing though, you don't have a real point. E-40, Too $hort and Baby Bash have more hits between them in the 2000s than most of the nikkas listed in the OP combined :yeshrug:And that's not including the Hip Hop/R&B (Hip Hop in terms of her regular collaborations with Bay Area rap artists) powerhouse that was Keyshia Cole in the mid 2000s.

You want to clown the OP/the Bay so bad but you still ain't responded to the actual thread topic :ohhh:

Just to provide some facts, in the 2000s, E40 had 2 hits of his own, and was featured on 4 hits. That's not 10+ unless I learned a different type of math in school. Hits are also songs that get a lot of radio play and chart on the billboard, not songs that played heavily on Rap City and show up on the radio at 3am.

Honestly I said that while thinking of a number of singles that actually came out in the early 2010s :yeshrug:

And that doesn't change the point that saying the Bay Area had no presence on the charts in the 2000s is demonstrably false.
