The choices

A. 2008. Great all around Year. 28/6/5 on a 57%TS in the RS. Took a team with none of his teammates making the All-Star team to the best record in the most competetive conference ever and won a deserving MVP, this is with his starting center being out from February On(30-16 before the Gasol Trade,25-11 when Bynum went down). Played at a Jordan esque level through the WCF playoffs(32/6/5 on 60% TS)only to be stopped by arguably the GOAT defense putting on a clinic against him

Also played his best defense since 2004

B. 2006 The Peak of his scoring ability. 45 wins FAAAAR exceeded expectations for the 2006 Lakers, and Kobe's play that year was simply beyond everyone else. 35 ppg for a whole season is GOAT level. Phil asked Kobe to carry the offense and he did so at a level beyond what anyone could have hoped for. This was a team that started Smush Parker/Kwame/Luke and was the 8th best offense in basketball. Teams knew he was going out there looking to drop 40-50 and they still couldn't stop him.

Once Odom played consistent in the second half they went 19-11.
Played well Overall against a superior suns team(28/5/6 59%TS) including a GOAT level game in game 6

Was a rebound a way from pulling off a great upset.

Which was his best season in your opinion?

what makes 2006 kobe better than 2006 AI or Lebron?
They were great that season and I still think that's when Bron should have won his first MVP. But that is how great Kobe's 2006 season was that cats don't even talk about how dominant AI and Bron were that season. I mean for how good Kobe was and him averaging 35 a game AI was only like a 1.5 to 2 points behind him. But Kobe was putting up 40 and 50 point games like it wasn't nothing and people were really thinking that he might get 100 in a game. I won't front like he didn't have an all time great season but just like you I wont forget that AI and Bron balled out too.

If they get that Rebound, they would have beaten the Clippers in the next round, Kobe killed the Mavs that season so there was a good chance the lakers would have won that series as well and than we would have gotten the highest rated finals ever Kobe vs Shaq

Lol @ this delusion. The clippers would've won in 5 or 6 games.

2006 Kobe.

That second knee surgery took a little away from him. Not much though but he could've easily won an MVP with the '08 team.

Kobe was on some ridiculous sh*t in 2006. I think it was that year where he had like 4 40+ point games shooting 60% in a row:why:

08 Kobe because of the playoffs. Injuries to Bynum and Ariza caused them to lose to Boston. If they both were healthy and played, I feel the would've won, it's hard to win with 2 of your DEFENSIVE starters out.
