The only reason I don't include that Miami team is that they also struggled in the playoffs and didn't have a dominant performance like the Celtics game 6 versus the Lakers. If you want to swap them out, then that's fine. I am not going to argue about it and this is about the 07/08 Celtics being near top 5 all time.
