I think another guy owned one here from Canada. He posted some of his mods and videos awhile back.
Probably me you're speaking of. My 11 S4 was honestly incredibly reliable. All I've had to do warranty wise was a front tweeter replacement for the B&O, and a driver side wheel bearing. Everything else was just scheduled maintenance (which I had covered through Audi CPO warranty.) Currently at 105km (65k miles)

Sold it yesterday though, picking up a 16 (or 15.5)

2012 S4 is bulletproof breh. Check the service records if they can provide them to make sure the little stuff is handled. 30k is a bit high for the miles offer 28,500 and gauge the temperature.

Thanks bro. Taking delivery tomorrow after work. Will post up a pic afterwards. 16 Black on Black Technik with Sport diff and Black Optics. Will miss my two-tone Magma Red but oh well.

I'm thinking of getting the same year S4. Keep us updated.

Do yourself a favour and grab a used Lexus IS-F for around the same price. 414 Horsepower in a bulletproof V8 and ZERO headaches, just fun and faster. It's the only way to go if you're buying used.

Avoid used euro's

Pics below from yesterday when we took delivery. Definitely loving it. Feels alot smoother than my 11' (mainly the transmission, my 11 would lurch alot when coming to a stop (mechantronics?)

Nice to have bluetooth audio streaming this time around. Wasn't sure about black optics but it was one of the few Techniks in the GTA (other one was Red on Lunar Silver.) I do like it, but I think I will wrap the mirrors to brushed aluminum. The window triming and grill being black is fine with me. But I finally have them 5-arm rotor wheels I've wanted forever!

Interesting. I've only driven granted I'm not sure if they're the same the s-tronic dsg in diesel in an S-Line S3 and it was relatively smooth. Yeah, the bluetooth streaming is great, I also enjoy the wifi in a clutch for my laptop and cell.

I wish my trim and mirrors were the black. I've noticed quite a bit of pitting and peel on them, it's something I'm hoping Audi will address for me. Did you have a similar issue? The wheels are one of my favorites Audi has done other than the Titanium edition wheels Audi did for the B7 A4, the Avus wheels, and C5 RS6 9 spokes.

no AWD and the Audi looks better inside and out IMO. so depending on the climate where you are the audi would be better.but as far power and less mechanical headaches the is-f would be a better choice.

Sorry for the delay bro. Yeah I believe it's the same, as the 15/16 A3 DSG's had the new S-Tronic transmission. Feels much quicker compared to my B8 and that felt fast already. This one also seems less clunky but will see how the mechatronics hold up in a few years

I didn't have any peeling issues but definitely had a major paint defect in the front bumper that Audi wasn't try to hear. Ended up just getting it repainted by a local shop (plastic bumper so wouldn't make a diff on a paint reader.)

Gotta definitely get tints on them though. Purchasing brushed aluminum wrap and will try and DIY the mirros, lol. It's just too much black everywhere. Need some accents!

OP did you ever get a B8 or B8.5 S4?

I see a lot of B8.5 in my price range, like $25k with 65k miles. How's the backseat room for this car? I'm 6'

From what I'm reading, water pump, DSG, and the thermometer go out on these cars. My grandfather says to go American, but most American cars suck ass or out of my price range.
