I mean, I knew how BMW did it with some of their M cars but I was just wondering how Dodge did it. I figured it was one or a combination of those things.

I actually hate the attention my car gets... Because its mostly other dudes who rev their engines at me, or speed up to catch me and shyt Or try to race. shyts weird and gay :camby:

The next car I get will prob be something more subdued like an Audi or BMW just so I can avoid all these losers

I'm taking a 2 year break because I'm moving to the west coast so I just sold my MB CLS63. Can't say I miss the attention from guys in other cars. After the first year of owning it and getting over the power thing I stopped paying attention. For the last 3 years I barely pushed the thing.

I wish I could say buying my new Lexus GS F-Sport AWD changed things. It didn't. Now instead of getting harassed by EVO's and RS4's (my 63 made this car look like a shyt box) and old M3's I'm getting harassed by guys in 5 year old A4's and 525's.

I do miss the power sometimes. I did enjoy the occasional drive against M5's and CTS-V's and even putting down a Ferrari Modena (I know, old). And driving on the highway just isn't the same. I've almost died a good 10 times getting on and off. Getting on too slow (power) and getting off too fast (handling). And switching lanes just isn't the same.

So there are trade offs by downgrading. The only thing I think I gained was cutting my payment in half and gaining 8mpg. Hopefully after I get settled I can get back on the top of the food chain. Because this "break" isn't really a break at all.

The flip side is also true... The guy in the E63 AMG is the same as the guy in the E350 as far as women are concerned

A girl once asked me why I put the 63 on my CLS and what it meant to me. Her uncle had a 550.
