Two of the greatest movie franchises ever have been reborn in the same year and both will likely do well over a billion (or 2) by this time next year. Not to mention the financial dominance of the final Paul Walker movie, FnF 7 and the Marvel empire
TV is continuing (perhaps close to exiting) it's golden age, even though a huge part of that age retired in the form of Mad Men. You also have the endings to two of the best satirical comedy shows ever in The Daily Show and The Colbert Report (I believe that ended this year)
PS4 has a bright future based on E3 2015
College football looks to get even more exciting as it seems the SEC isn't the biggest and baddest anymore as the likely top 2 preseason teams will be from two very terrible conferences
Basketball still gonna be GOAT
Music wise, you got the GOAT tier perfection that was To Pimp A Butterfly as well as the very close runner up and return to fame for Lupe, Tetsuo & Youth. You got a rap album for literally everyone, Art-Rap, trap shyt, Wayne shyt, emotional shyt, The Coli black level shyt, the list continues. Rap has been pretty nice this year.
