2015 MLB All-Star Game/Home Run Derby Thread

After listening to ESPN Deportes for the HRD and watching previous World Baseball Classic, wouldn't it make sense to put the AS Game in the Dominican Republic; Japan, or Venezuela? DR and Japan go ham for baseball, so it'd be cool to see fans turning up throughout the game. You get an exciting announcer and the All Star Weekend would be a must watch.

I agree and it should be on a weekend. Either have the derby on Friday and the game on Saturday or do it Saturday and Sunday and use Friday for stuff like the legends game or whatever activities they have and as a media day. Can also use it as an ambassador day for promotions. Do they usually have international games? I'm not sure about DR but I think they've had a few games in PR. I think major international cities with big followings should get atleast one series a year. If the nfl goes to London, then I'm sure mlb can have a series in Venezuela.
