Basically

I did contracting for awhile. It's good $$$$ but it's hardly ever steady. Unless you live somewhere where it doesn't snow. (At least in my case)

Unless you own the company you'd be better off starting your own shyt and putting in bids for some of the jobs your ppl work. Especially if you can do the same or better work at a lower rate.
