Honorees:

Actress and music superstar Queen Latifiah's efforts in the music industry will be celebrated with a tribute performance from Common, Da Brat, Naughty by Nature, MC Lyte, Rah Digga, Suga T, Yo-Yo and Monie Love.

Missy Elliot will also receive honors for her award-winning contributions to the music industry. Many of the artist Elliot has coached and influenced over the years will give a performance tribute including Timbaland, Pharrell, Remy Ma, Nelly Furtado, Trina, Eve, Tweet, Monica, Keyshia Cole, Jazmine Sullivan, Raven Symone and Fantasia.

After six year hiatus, VH1 is finally bringing back the Hip Hop Honors, and we couldn't be more excited.

Lil Kim, who is also set to debut her upcoming album project during the ceremony, will be honored.
