But for real though, last night I went to a Kwanzaa party at my friend's place in Bed-Stuy. It was cool...not excessiveness just good times and drinks.

One of the things we did during the night was pass around a cup of wine and discuss things that happened on the firts second third fourth...and this was the fifth day.

Since the 5th day, Nia, is about purpose, we made a little speech and shared some words to discuss what purpose meant to them.

I talked about R.E.S.P.E.C.T. and that was an acronym I made up because you must respect yourself to know you deserve the very best.

R is for Realization: Realizing what your purpose here is on this planet because everyone has a purpose even when we don't realize it. We you do, that's where the magic of your journey into konwledge and wisdom come in.

Elevation. Elevating your mood, your environment with positivity and destroying any negativity that may surface.

S-P: Self Preservation. Now the self can be it's own thing, but the preservation of the self as we move forward is important. This includes taking care of yourself mentally and physically, as in avoiding drug use, not drinking, eating healthy, reading, educating yourself on what you want to do and who you want to be.

Education the act of learning continues even after we leave the classroom. Educating yoursel fon your goals and how to achieve them is key.

CONSERVATION which is conserving energy and resources and wisdom and knowledge for when the time comes when they will be applicable.

And of course, Trials & Tribulations. Sometimes we have to go through some adversity some tough times, it's a given, where we are tested with a challenge and see how we can achieve our goals and use our talents to triumph over adversity.

I mean I had to spit that old head real shyt. Nowadays, I realized how many mistakes I made in my life, and I went through the ultimate tests of fortitude this year and it made me a better person. Not perfect, I still make mistakes, but other than that I'm trying to live each day better than the next...

I think it's also important for people to relax and become content with who they are. Not in a way that makes them become stagnant, but it a way that keeps them from being pulled into empty, frantic self improvement plans that don't leave room for real introspection and a familiarity for what will benefit them most as an individual.

But this barrel is so comfortable and these crabs is lit.

Not Technically a "Doctor"
I'm going to make fifteen threads every day about every topic that pops up in my mind again, have an emotional breakdown again, ask to be banned again, and come back under another name again. 2016 is my year.
