Most of their property taxes are actually under 10k a year so they're going to be okay there. Property taxes in the city are relatively cheap comparatively to other places in the state.

Where we're going to fall into trouble is not being able to deduct our state and city icnome taxes that we previously deducted on our federal taxes.
