ChatGPT really set this shyt off publicly although using GPU’s for A.I started a little earlier.
TSM is really the bottleneck though. NVIDIA and these other companies design the Chips but the only company who can make them are TSM. Samsung and SK Hynix (and Micron, kinda) are next but a large part of their business is because TSM can’t meet all the chips they’re asking to be made. A little free game right there. NVIDIA, TSM, META stock prices are going to skyrocket for quite awhile. AMD will probably get it on additionally.
Who I’m waiting to invest heavy in though is the Chinese company who’ll BYD the Semiconductor and Chips space. Biden woke up China’s Semiconductor and Chips sector recently and Trump basically guaranteed they’re going all-in. The only thing that was keeping them from seriously entering the space was us giving them Chips so they didn’t have to manufacture any. That’s over now. That special company will probably show up around 2030. Potentially one of Hua Kong, Huawei, SMIC, etc. or something completely new.
