Young Bucks and Golden Lovers being 1 and 2 seems weird because neither team really did much of anything in 2018. GL had like 4 matches, Bucks were barely in NJ, only did 2 shows in PWG and took it easy for matches that would other wise be "dream matches", so they got voted in for....ROH? Lol.
