From the first day of 2019 I am going to try a change in my diet for an entire year. I am going to minimise my sugar intake as well as carbs and try and take in more Vega and fruits. I always hear people talk about how amazing they feel after a drastic lifestyle change such as diet and mindset so want to try that out to see if it impacts my life in a positive way. I am also looking to be more calm and have a positive outlook on life. I find I am always angry these days and it brings my mood down. I am going to try and smile more next Year and take more shots at meeting that special lady.
