2019 diet change for a year

From the first day of 2019 I am going to try a change in my diet for an entire year. I am going to minimise my sugar intake as well as carbs and try and take in more Vega and fruits. I always hear people talk about how amazing they feel after a drastic lifestyle change such as diet and mindset so want to try that out to see if it impacts my life in a positive way. I am also looking to be more calm and have a positive outlook on life. I find I am always angry these days and it brings my mood down. I am going to try and smile more next Year and take more shots at meeting that special lady.

Not sure what your physical fitness is like or your age, but if you take diet seriously your body will transform in about 2 months, especially if combined with exercise. it becomes addictive. Consistency is the hard part tho.

I don't mean you'll be leaner or whatever, I mean literally your body will transform. You don't need a year.

I already work out but my diet is inconsistent, don’t get me wrong I don’t fukk with McDonald’s or anything like that but have an addiction to soul food.:wow: I realise that needs to change, I need to give up pork overall.
