No they had to go to other beaches. South Beach closed off all the available street & garage parking during spring break this year. They don't want to be the spring break destination anymore.

Yeah Miami shut all of that down after people were wylin during and after COVID. They already just tolerated black folks in there area anyway because they were spending cash. But now they'd rather not even deal with the headache of it at all.
