While I don’t agree with Lamar being so low, this list is telling. Look at Kirk (and Dak).

C'mon, breh. Kirk Cousins seems like he'll eternally be a QB that is good, but not quite good enough, and going along on that ride is incredibly frustrating, because it's like watching them waste Cris Carter, Randy Moss, and Adrian Peterson all over again.
