If you are going to do an electoral college, then it should be each congressional district. It’s the only way these candidates will visit parts of the country that are ignored.

It's too late for Maine Dems to change the law.

Also, Nebraska Republicans had years to change it since 2020. Changing it now this close to the election would be nefarious.
