You could give people 50k a month and they would still end up working because there's only a certain amount of fulfilling things you can do with your time.

There's people that have enough money to never work from birth till death and they still end up longing for something to work on, something they can be proud of.

Creativity and seeing the fruits of your labor are needs that never go away no matter how much money you have. It's a key part of the human experience. UBI would allow more people the time and peace of mind necessary to fulfill that goal.

Calling people lazy makes you come off bitter and unfulfilled. If you're satisfied you likely won't have the impulse to talk down to/ complain about/ hate people.
