From being a brooklyn nikka that was living out west bro it seems to be a lot of street politics, and even though Wack is a goofy, he still holds weight. So nikkas clapping him would have a domino effect. Not saying he can't be touched, but it'll probably be more to it. With the east coast nikkas it seems like it's just a money come up for them and since they ain't got strong ties out west, usually not a lot of push back if they do something to them.
