I happened to be in Atlanta early July 97 and heard this on the radio. I was like wtf is this?

We were just staying with family overnight on our way to Disney World. As soon I got back home to St. Louis I went to sound warehouse looking for this single, but nobody knew what I was talking about.

Obviously it hadn’t officially came out yet. But When it did…definitely a game changer. Timbaland and missy had shifted the sound of r&b the year before and jermaine dupri as usual would have his say. Classic.
