we're gonna have like one good dunk contest every ten years at most. best we can hope for is some fukkery like dudes dunking on ice skates or jumping over uncaged lions or shyt like this




also NBA is never going to open this contest up to amateurs. it makes absolutely no sense.

I actually like this idea.

In an ideal world, the league's stars would bolster this event, but it's time for the league to accept that they just don't want to, for whatever reason.

Let's be reality; Lebron & Blake don't have enough time or enough invested into a dunk contest to do that stuff

But; 82 Games > A Dunk Contest

IMO, the dunk contest prolly should be every other year..but, I understand not leaving money on the table...it's always packed and not Pro Bowl status
