The video isn’t even 2 minutes long and doesn’t list the 29 people, but the 13th amendment didn’t abolish slavery, it changed the rules. It’s should be common knowledge by this point that you can become a slave for things as simple as mistaken identity, crooked cops framing you, being in the wrong place at the wrong time or forgetting to make a payment to them people.

shyt isn’t about to change so move accordingly. This country isn’t about to reverse any rules that make certain people billionaires so know the rules and keep a low profile.

It's just used to describe the process. His point is that there are many people/entities involved at all levels (along the way) and they're making a lot of money. That means entities like correction officers, bail bondsmen, the people who run the phone systems, commissary and so on. A lot of it is privatized.

When you vote for someone and the say they will change city government then go along with every city measure to increase rates you vote against that person because they are being fooled within the city
