League rules gonna be straight forward brehs, take your Ls like a man and no pulling. If you pulling cuz your catching one your gonna get the bushes.

On ball D is a must, they've tightened the D up so there isn't much ice skating. Don't be lazy and man up, if you running zone all game like a clown you will get tossed.

Play sim ball , we all hate ranked matches cuz it's nothing but clowns playing like a$$holes for 20 mins. These games are 9 mins so let's make it a enjoyable experience. Keep all that pausing, full court lobs and other cheese tactics outta this league. If you are accused of cheesing and somebody provides proof zero tolerance , you'll get the boot and we will find somebody else to run with that squad.
