You lack reading comprehension. You're putting words into my mouth (or hands, I suppose). My problem is with them airing this meaningless tv show. These rankings mean nothing. Lemme say it again, on November 3rd, 2015, these rankings MEAN. NOTHING.

Wanna know a secret? LSU and Alabama play each other this weekend. One of them will not win. The one that does not win will most certainly drop in these "rankings". That means that, already, these "rankings" are outdated. Again, the order of these teams is based on a group of guys sitting around having a conversation. The only time that their conclusions matter is on December 6th. Everything else is meaningless. Well, except for ESPN, because of course they can sell ad space knowing that a large group of mindless idiots will tune in to watch a meaningless unveiling of these "rankings" each week.

The committee got it right last year and they have it right this first week. Baylor deserves NO respect for their schedule

Just thought about something. Duke was 6-1 before that Miami debacle. If the refs call that game right, Duke's ranked, and Clemson/FSU gets another ranked game this year.

thing is right now thats helping clemson for the people who blindly look at sos rankings because it gives miami a sorta quality win and miami now has a winning record. when in reality neither should be the case. if duke isnt screwed by the refs clemson only has 2 wins over teams with winning records and one of those would be against nc state whose only acc win is over wake.

right now lsu probably deserves to be no.1 over clemson because their top 3 wins of florida, miss st, and auburn are better overall than clemson's top 3 wins.

I agree but let's be reality. If they only released one set of rankings on 12/6 the world world would explode. They were criticized last year for not releasing more.

All of that said, it doesn't change you fundamental point but the reality is there is always going to be complaints.
