when there are hundreds of artists alive that could make a great song for your soundtrack, it seems borderline ridiculous to have a mashup like this on the soundtrack

If you're gonna do it then do it, this is cool but "mash-up" doesn't cut it, they really could of made something special of this. Hell Quantin Tarantino could've help oversee the production of the track and it would've turned out far greater than this.
