Absolutely stupid title change. They had all the momentum to either keep the belt on Matt, and build towards a huge Hardy v Hardy singles match, or have EC3 get his belt back. There has been no focus on Galloway at all, and he's been wrestling random ass matches, to come in and get the title. It makes little to no sense, and it stops the train of hope that TNA had been riding dead in it's tracks.

I wouldn't say it doesn't make sense. Or that there's been no focus on him. Drew has clearly been a guy they've been high on since he debuted. He just wrestled two of the last handful of Kurt Angle matches.

Why they decided not to give EC3 the belt back is a good question. I do know that there's more intrigue in the chase than the actual run for faces. I think ultimately, we'll see Drew vs. EC3 at BFG.

They were doing alot of things right recently, especially with regards to their main event scene. Just don't see their justification for this title change, very disappointing.

I didn't watch the show yet but did TNA really give the title to Drew Galloway? So much more fukkery Big Money Matt could have done as champion, he should have held the belt till at least Slammiversary

I still don't think a face EC3 champ run will work...they still don't seem to have a handle on how to use EC3 as a face period.
I want him to get the belt back when he goes back to being a heel.
