Throw her in jail for criminal assault, neglect and homicide. She should do at least 10 years.

I'm not a fan of hitting children, especially with objects like a belt. Beating a three year old like a slave? That's normal? That's ok?

And the fact that this seemed to be a recurring issue is sickening to me. That means that either the parents knowingly left their child with an abuser or they are abusers themselves just like the aunt.

i think my arms would get tired out from swinging the belt before the kid died and i'm in pretty good shape.
people have been whipped with actual whips and not died but she did it with a belt?
if it was just belt whips then either she was coked up or taking turns whipping that kid with someone else or something else happened to that kid.
