only cola i drink that is bad for you ... no alcohol or soda drinks.

:salute:

The sugar in those sodas (colas) will keep you flabby (or make you obese), and the caffeine will make you an addict. Stop drinking soda unless it’s diet, and even though it contains 0 calories, diet isn’t good for you neither. Just stop drinking sodas period.

I used to drink a lot of diet. I quit. I love carbonated drinks. Get yourself a case of Perrier or unflavored sparkling water. Grab some lemon juice and add it to the Perrier. That’s what I do. It’s a healthy alternative.

Can you really lose bodyfat with increased water intake??

Hydration is very important. From my experience, a gallon a day flushes out all of that sodium. Limiting your sodium intake and flushing out the excess gets rid of that jiggle and soft fat. I intermittent fast too, so water keeps me full until it’s time to eat and it flushes out those ketones (if you fast long enough or are “no/low-carb”).

Also, if you’re taking creatine, you’re wasting it if you don’t consume enough water.
