The goal of the challenge is cut down interactions with cacs in preparation for Trump's America.

Normal mode: You can talk to cacs at your job but not outside of it, you can on social media, and via text

Hard mode: You can talk to cacs at work (not outside of it) but not on social media, or text

Extreme mode: no speaking to cacs at work, social media, or via text. No interactions PERIOD.
