Also this is a list of indie developers approved for the ID@Xbox program, not a list of indie games coming to strugglebox.

I'm pretty sure we've had this discussion before. We can go back and forth about what an "indie" game is, but I (and pretty much the whole industry) is/are going to refer to Resogun as an indie title. Not to mention, the context of my sentence applies regardless of how it was published.

You're not going to get anywhere arguing Resogun isn't indie. It's an independent studio that as far as we know, developed a game that was mostly self-funded. Because it has a publisher doesn't make it not-indie. By your definition, no XBLA game is an indie game because a prerequisite of XBLA is that you have a publisher. Even if that publisher is MS.
