My Moms husband put one out on me accusing me of stealing some Diamonds on a day I wasn't even In the state they live in I was there the day before though.

They're about to separate but i went down there recently to put dude in check. He's shook as fukk but at the same time I know nikkas kill wives when they about to lose money. The crazy dude in me thinks he did that so he knows I cant come near him if some shyt pops off. i got her in a hotel until she goes to ATL.

shyt is getting real serious in this regard.

Does this go on some sort of record? Is this meaningful or meaningless short term/long term.

Are you sure there's a restraining order out? Just because someone files doesn't mean it's automatically going to happen there are other factors involved like proof/evidence that you were actually the person responsible for the theft.

And I'm sure if that was the case there would also have been a police report filed with possible charges following...
