Just looking at these clips make my back hurt...

I'm going to keep eating this spinach and drinking this water and doing these pilates and running this mile 4 days a week and you guys can keep hitting the weights and get your arms so big you can't even bend it to wipe your ass or jerk off...

Because 405 is not f*cking impressive for a f*ckin' NFL LB. Terna Nande for example is was drafted as a linebacker, he repped 225 41 times ( :damn: ) All I'm trying to say is that maxing out at 405 isn't THAT impressive for an NFL linebacker, I'm pretty sure most of them are around 400 lbs :manny:
they did the combine fresh outta college...this dude is pushing 40 :comeon:

that's natural because your muscles don't lose strength capacity after the muscle has been developed. but with age you lose joint cartilage and tendon elasticity which makes it harder for you to recover which makes gains and strength improvement harder than when you were young.

How can you get around that?
