Not too hard when poor Asian countries allow/look the other way for the "tourism" money. It ain't that prevalent in Korea, Japan and China for a reason. Of course, it's not like some Asian women throw themselves at cacs, but it's very different compared to the Thai, Cambodia and to some degree the Philippines. Being poor brings this BS, and the governments are hesitant in passing super strict laws in fear of losing that cash flow.

Other more developed countries have stricter laws and their populations have better lives = making it less easy for low ass cacs to take advantage of.

That’s why I love travelling being black. People just assume I’m broke and they don’t bother me (unless I’m in 1st class and a nosey CAC is there.) Being white in a non-white country make you an automatic target.

I can’t remember ever having issues being a tourist. Most people just ignore me or stare for a few seconds in shock if their country is bereft of black folk.
