Draft BPA with the Rockets pick
Sign no one and tank the 2015-2016 season
Tank again for the 2016-2017 season
Depending on who you draft, make a run at Westbrook
If the Lakers keep their pick in 2015:
See if someone will give you a 2nd rounder for Nick Young
Draft BPA at 1-5
Draft BPA with Rockets pick
Play out the 2015-2016 season
Depending on who you draft, make a run at the 2016 FA's

4 years ain't sh!t compare to the rest of the NBA teams. 5 years removed from back to back ships. Who's had more ships the last 6 years??
You should be doing this for an ORG like the Knicks. They actually fit the "every year same ole shyt".
It's impossible but here's my idea.
1. Hire Phil Jackson to leave the NY Knicks and sign onto the Lakers as the head coach. He sucks at front office, but excels at coaching. He needs an assistant coach to mentor "to do things his way", so that assistant can take over the head coaching job. The assistant coach would have to be a younger guy to mold, not a veteran who won't change his ways.
2. Get Anthony Davis, Damian Lillard, and Timofey Mozgov.
3. Kobe Bryant can play as a second stringer, maybe 10 minutes a game. His body is old, he can go 100% injury-free, but with decreased floor time.
Real talk. I would be the best GM in the NBA if the Buss family hired me. The GOAT GM.

I wouldn't fix em. I hope they lose the pick. I hope free agents visit them and sign somewhere else. I hope Byron Scott remains the coach until his contract is up. I hope Randle doesn't pan out. I hope they lose fans so their fanbase gets exposed as the front-running fickle ass bytches they are. I hope they sign Rondo to big money. I hope they stay irrelevant until the sun explodes.
