Opener was the best segment I have ever seen in AEW. Usually a guarantee to be the weakest part of any of there shows but that was REALLY good. Promo segments with multiple levels of escalation. They're developing more of their own storytelling language.

Favorite single moment of the night - Okada's cut-off Rainbreaker. Throughout this reign he's found so many ways to win that are cheap and decisive but maybe a little short of cheating.

2 hours flew by. :whew:

Hangman/DR/Opps segment was fire. Texas Death should give them all the room they need for fukkery... I'm expecting a leaf out of the McMahon run-in madness playbook tbh. Marina getting hit with the buckshot upgraded it from good to great :hubie:

Mercedes and Mina fukking COOKED. Mina tried to kick Mercedes face off her damn face at one point. Toni just sitting there emotionless :ohlawd:

4 way was great. AR Fox deserves more than eating the pin every week honestly but he's so good at fleshing out these matches and making everyone look good.

HS/JetSpeed interaction was brutal. They're gonna give us a banger at All In. Low-key I'd pay to see Shelton and Kevin Knight in a high jump contest.:whew:

Takeshyta and the Bucks got some chemistry - wonder if that's how they get him out of DCF and back to babyface. Really entertaining trios match.

Ospreay's stip means they're losing, I suspect. Gives storyline reason for Will to stay away from the big belt until All In next year back at Wembley. :ohlawd: No second Swerve run for a year sucks though :childplease:

Oswerve Vs LFI was piff. I fukkin love all these guys. Ospreay and Swerve make such a good team it'd sure be a shame if they were feuding right after All In :mjlit:

They made Okada/Ibushi feel special right from Ibushi's entrance. Low-key I love that TK main evented his #1 TV Show's 300th episode with two NJPW legends beating the everloving piss out of each other for 20 minutes.

Ibushi looked great and I'm starting to think this heel Okada might be my favourite Okada, he's just so fukking entertaining. :pachaha: Just a great match.

Barely thought about the world burning before our eyes once for two hours. Result.

Bandido is that fukking dude. If they keep the production up around his vignettes/promos to his character stays strong he could be an AEW main eventer.

Guy's got everything.

I imagine Swere and Ospreay are going to be fighting for that Unified title. AEW apparently wants it to be treated like a top title and what better way to establish it that way than the first year of it involving Omega, Okada, Ospreay, and Swerve?

Point me to a better one. Only been a semi consistent watcher for about two years now and 98% of their character stuff gets a skip for me.

For instance, MJF is considered to be amongst the best at non-ring stuff in AEW and that's a skip for me most times.
Earlier this year when they had a non-match brawl throughout the arena of Omega and Ospreay vs. the Don Callis Family.

It's details like this that make these kind of angles work.
You need to go all in on the sillyness of the whole thing.
Every week of this shyt has made me laugh. Easily the best MJF shyt since whatever the peak of his pre face turn title run was.
