Spring >> Summer in that department depending where you live. If not for the Tornado's Spring would mos def> summer down south. But as for summer vs winter Summer is nice when you vacation in summery ass places. like coastal areas. but if you in the city Winter >>> Summer.
Man it will be pushing 87 degrees by 7:30 am and there just is no reason for it. At least if it's cold ( not talking extreme cold/ blizzard type of weather) at least you can add/ subtract layers to get to your desired comfortability. With summer you can be almost naked and it's still hot as crap. It's not right
