They're already here in Northern California :sas2:

No dealership yet, but I've seen three of those in Downtown Sac during my work commute this year alone.

I've been reading about Alfa's North American return for over 4 years now. I'll believe it when I see one in person with state plates driving down the highway.
Thanks to our crack investigative staff, we have compelling new evidence to explain why it’s taken so long for the Alfa Romeo 4C to arrive in the United States.
Sure, there was the delay outlined so eloquently by one Mr. Sergio Marchionne to make sure that the car arrived not with just any old powerplant, as it “must have a [pejorative word for Italian-Americans] engine.” And there was the time it took Alfa to lay bunches more carbon fiber onto the little car’s tub (an additional 92 pounds worth of the stuff) to meet U.S. crash regulations. There was the fitment of an adjustable passenger seat (unavailable on European 4Cs) to meet airbag standards. Oh, and speaking of airbags, the company had to add one in each of the doors, also per U.S. regulations. And there was the little matter of figuring out who was going to sell and service the things here in the land of exactly zero Alfa Romeo dealers.
But that’s all behind us now because the 4C has arrived! Well, okay, it hasn’t arrived yet. The car won’t go on sale until late in the third quarter of this year....
