I do feel Dubois might have an advantage because he faced Anthony Joshua and his most recent coach who is also Wardley's coach. Very similar styles that Dubios can pick up from. That hands low upper body movement style might benefit Dubois

But at the same time, for a fight like this with two guys with legit KO power, all analysis might just go out the window lol. It's a whoever lands first type of fight

Lol this is spot on, I can see Dubois being up a round or two going into the fight late and then Wardley going for broke and clipping him. Could happen in the opposite order too lol

Dubois has a decided advantage technically, it cannot be understated that Fabio was a white collar boxer with no formal amateur experience, he was a big body in the gym facing guys like itauma and AJ and he realized he could hang.


BUT

Wardley has the heart and grit factor X10
He walked through fire against Parker
Walked through fire against Clarke
And Huni to pull out the Ws and keep the undefeated record that he has.

Daniel Dubois is probably one of the most known “quitters” from this gen in boxing he took a knee against usyk and Joe Joyce , his mental makeup is all over the place at times.

BUT

It’s not hyperbole to say that Wardley is closer to Jake Paul level than he is to a traditional top world class championship level boxer in terms of technique , not “taking the piss” there’s a lot of little nuances that he lacks (rapidly improving ) that he makes up for with by pure grit and nuclear power. Dubois has real championship experience stopped miller killed AJ as the B side champ that was UBER disrespected

IMO This is a 60/40 Wardley but Dubois edge in technical acumen and big fight experience makes this really close to 50-50


I’m wondering if usyk Dubois II has some lasting affect on Daniel.
