5 guys don't seasoned their burgers

Another reason why NYC is goat is because we have real burger spots like JG Melon, Red Hook Tavern , Paul's Da Burger Joint, PJ Clarke’s and au cheval diner. Places that specialize on burger quality creating a superior product compared to the chains such as 5 guys and Shake Shack.
same with chicago.

Home Frite is a chain. There's others outside of Brooklyn. I'm not talking about chains, hence why I compared the spots I mentioned to 5 guys and Shake Shack. I'm talking about exclusive spots.
Again, all cities have local burger spots, this doesn't make New York special lol

You guys are naming all these spots, but not saying what they season their meat with.

TBH, red meat doesn’t really need seasoning at all outside of salt and pepper.
Lamp chops= mint sauce after
Steak= garlic clove whilst cooking
Bolognaise = sauce is the seasoning

Same goes with fish.

I season my salmon with all types of seasoning.
