"What about black on black crime?"
Answer: Are black lives not worth protecting?

Minimization
"I dont think they meant it that way when they said it"
Answer: remind them of intention vs impact.

Reduction
"It's not like black people are the only ones dying"
Answer: No, they aren't, but black people are disproportionately dying in this country and all over the world. Can we at least talk about that.

Tokenism
"My boyfriend is black"
Answer: remind them that having a black boyfriend doesn't mean that you are not racist and in fact the idea that you wouldn't be racist because you have a black boyfriend is in fact.

Hurt
"I feel really unsafe having this conversation right now"
Answer: Are you feeling unsafe or are you feeling uncomfortable?

Are these things continuously brought up to remind black people not to waste our time explaining anything to white people, or are black people STILL under the impression that white people don’t get it?

This is not a simple misunderstanding. They just want to continue to do and say the same things, and not get a negative reaction. That is how sociopaths work.

The one and only road block is these cacs know everything you are saying is 100% true, they are simply purposely playing dumb and aloof so that nikkas can constantly participate in these circular debates trying to convince them why we should be treated like humans, all the while they are buying themselves TIME (By killing you, oppressing you, and disenfranchising your people while nikkas respond to this by having "conversations")

Ask any of these bytchass cacs the simple question, would you trade your life to be black? and they will unanimously say no. They are 100% fully aware of their privilege and they have these racial conversations amongst each other in their homes.

You lost if you still want to have conversations about race with cacs in 2019. We have been having these conversations for 200 damn years. THEY KNOW THEY ARE fukkED UP, STOP WASTING YOUR TIME!

I try to stay aware of most of these tactics in everyday conversation in general. While some people unintentionally use reduction, minimization, deflection, etc on other topics, seeing it applied when race is being discussed is important because most conversations on race suffer from these instances

Anything to avoid paying interest on the money owed for slavery.

Mothafukkas can calculate an asteroids trajectory 9 years in advance but they can’t seem to grasp that their actions suck?

What do you mean?
A black person trying to explain BLM to a white person is useless. There's literally tens of millions of white people that consider it a terrorist group and the equivalent of the black kkk:mjlol:. Or like the example used in the article when they said what about black on black crime when in reality the vast majority of that phenomenon comes down to the same 3% of black people committing crimes over and over again. Instead they try to make it seem as if 97% of the black population is criminals and 3% are the "good ones". The same deflections, hatred, and hostility towards blacks can be found in Asian, Hispanic and Arab communities all throughout the country and the planet:yeshrug:.

In short non black people don't care about black problems, which they shouldn't tbh. Just like we shouldn't care about their problems:ehh:.

What about non black people who want to understand, some do exist. Do you think conversations should be had with them or do you think they would still be useless?
