I don't know the name of the 2000 mixtape but 50 owned his masters from JMJ records so it definitely came from him.

That's what I read from the G-Unit Family website where the full unreleased song came from. I think they said 50 used sell mixtapes on his website before he shut it down and signed with Shady/Aftermath.
