This nikka 50 has paperwork, stay dry snitching and no doubt recorded a phone call with buck to use it against him later

If that's not informant I dont know what is.

Recording Young Buck crying on the phone = informant? I don't think you know what an informant is Gz. Dry snitching isn't being an informant either, btw

COs are not law enforcement. :mjlol:

They're security guards. They come in, clock their shift, and monitor the prisoners. They have no enforcement authority outside of the pin. Police can arrest you at any time they want, on the clock or off of it. If you step on a detective's shoe, he can pull you to the side, run your ID, and arrest you. A CO can't do that.

:pachaha:

They are literally LEOs, Law Enforcement Officers.

Don't argue with me, just go do your research...and if you're a real one you will come back and apologize for being wrong. Or don't, I'm sure others in here will do the research and let you know you're wrong.

first, this classification depends on the state/local jurisdiction.

second, for a Florida

“In October 2019, Florida Governor Ron Desantis signed into law changes that reclassify correctional officers’ rights when off duty, while also reflecting their status as professional criminal justice officers.

With these changes, sworn Florida corrections officers are now considered qualified law enforcement officers, and are allowed to carry concealed firearms nationwide, just as sworn law enforcement officers.”

here’s some more legal context
