I was on a jury duty case where a man was accused of raping his daughter.

The girl was like 7 or 8 and got the stand and said he didn’t do it.

The prosecutors messed the trial up because the second time they played her police interview they played the too much of the tape of the daughters interview. The judge said this caused a mistrial.

afterwards both the prosecutor and defense came into the jury chambers and said yeah he did it but because of the video mishap they had to call a mistrial.

The prosecutor told us a detective arrived at the house and the man was ON TOP of the girl.

He was caught in the act and the daughter still denied it to protect her dad.

After that I never doubted the victim unless there was clear proof of bull shyt.
