Everybody is just selfish these days and wants to have their fun. When women decide they want to have their kids at 35, men don't really want to anymore.
If they've already got kids, then less men are willing to settle down with single women these days.
Hookup culture and Social media play a big part in it too and the biggest factor of all, the economy.

People underestimate the economy in terms of dating.
How can you tell the average man to start relationships with women and lead when they can barely afford to take care of themselves? Go 50/50 on the rent? Oh but wait that’s a problem

there is no necessary human population level even needed to sustain the earth when you look at things through a science lense.

america aint a homogeneous society like japan/china/korea, and much more population than korea or japan. They see themselves everywhere and have no access to guns so the way they act out is muted compared to what american citizens will be doing when we reach their point.

I doubt it's going to affect the global population numbers too much as there are still enough folks casually f#$king and blaming pregnancies on "accidents" that include forgetting that no condom was used, then also forgetting to take Plan B within the following 72 hours or all of them claiming to be the 1% where the their birth control pill must've failed.
