Maaaan nobody ever talks bout this one, hard crazy ass bumpin' beat, and C-Murder is just crucial on here, soundin' like one of the most ruthless people on planet earth

Also Mystikal's last appearance as a No Limit soldier

Magic with a hype verse too

yep

the whodi video came out after that.

I always figured they shot the video beforehand.
I also remember him not being in the "wobble wobble" video at all, nor performing it with the rest of them.

He wasn't in the video technically. His scenes were from Prime Suspects "Liquidation of the Ghetto" video featuring Mystikal. He isn't really on "Wobble, Wobble". His verse on that song is part of a verse from "I Ain't Playin".

Got you.

So he is technically featured on Whodi & Roll Roll, and makes a cameo in the Whodi video

So he was on his way out during this time? This is literally right before Let’s Get Ready

Was Let’s Get Ready recorded while he was on No Limit? Was it supposed to drop on No Limit?

According to Mystikal, they didn't have time to put him on "Wobble, Wobble" song or video so they did a copy and paste job since he was in the group. "Roll, Roll" and "Whodi" are the only songs he was really on from the album.

Some of "Let's Get Ready" was recorded while he was on No Limit. Possibly most or all of it, but several songs were cut and didn't make the album. He had a song with Fiend and Magic that didn't make it.

He officially left No Limit in 2000. Most of Let's Get Ready was done in 1999.

Some of it in 99, some in 2000. He was in a limbo regarding his status on NL at that time. Mystikal still had features on C-Murder and Silkk albums later on in 2000. When Let's Get Ready came out he was gone. He was still very loyal to KLC, Craig, O'Dell and Mo B

thats dope

I remember he popped up as a feature on Silk’s My World My Way in 2001

And they always said there was never any beef

that’s a huge hip hop what if though

In my opinion, No Limit’s run didn’t end until Choppa Style in 2003. If the OG version of Let’s Get Ready drops on No Limit, it just makes things very interesting.

yall boys enjoy the holiday

My World, My Way was supposed to drop in 2000. No Limit pushed it back to early 2001 with brand new songs and new versions of old songs. The 2001 version was more East Coast than the original 2000. Most of us that were No Limit fans had the original My World, My Way for months. The original "Them Boyz" sounded like a "It Win't My Fault Pt. 3". It was way better than the version that ended up on the retail. They also changed "What U Know" and removed "The Way I Live". "Executive Thug", the "My World, My Way" title track, and "What I'm Lookin For" were added. Alicia Keys was supposed to be featured on the album and Destiny's Child was supposed to be on "Go Down". Neither happened.
